Factors Affecting Mandarin Garden Prices
En Bloc News
There are two dates which pushed the prices of the units at Mandarin Gardens. When news of en bloc started with an invitation to form a Collective Sales Committee (CSC) and when the CSC is approved and formed.
During this period, there are not many owners who are willing to sell and for obvious reasons. Now that the news that the en bloc exercise is not successful, serious sellers should re-look at their expectations. If you are one of them, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Many East Coast Property Launches
There are many new property launches along East Coast from 2017 to 2019. The price level set by these new launches is pieces of evidence that there is good demand on the East Coast.
The nearest new condo launch to Mandarin Gardens was the Seaside Residences which was launched around April 2017. In 2019, there were many new launches within the first half of 2019, such as One Meyer, Nyon, Amber Park, Coastline Residences.
