Mandarin Gardens is an iconic development in the East of Singapore, with very extensive facilities and amenities within the estate, with easy access (through covered underpass) to the original part of the beautiful East Coast Park of Singapore. Almost every taxi driver would know the location of Mandarin Gardens.

Beautiful Development

Rarely is a there a condo development with ample space, blocks are far apart, plenty of car parks comes with a supermarket, kindergarten and restaurant respectively and in the East of Singapore, with the ability to walk within 3 minutes to the East Coast Park. Mandarin Gardens Singapore is located along Siglap Road and Marine Parade Road. There are 2 entrances to the Condo. It is only about the 8-minute drive or less to Singapore Changi Airport, and a few bus stops away from Parkway Parade.

Easy Link to East Coast Park

There is an underpass linking to East Coast Park.   It is simply a joy just to walk or cycle to the beach, enjoying seaside living. On one side of the development is Victoria School and on the other side (after Neptune Court) is Victoria Junior College.   Venturing into Siglap, residents can walk to Siglap Centre and able to reach the numerous eateries at the prime location of Siglap, now fondly known as Siglap Village.

There are a reasonably large Supermarket and a reputable Thai-Chinese Restaurant (called Thaipan) on the ground level.   Moreover, Nnarby to Mandarin Gardens and within walking distance, there are several eateries around Siglap Village, such as, Sushi Jiro, Café Cartel, Killiney Kopitiam, Ah Lim Mee Pok, The Royal Café, Megumi Japanese, Pasta Fresca Da Salvatore, Strictly Pancakes, Udder Ice Cream, and A-Roy Thai. Transport is easy in this project.

You are only a few minute drives to the Central Business District, the Financial Centre of Singapore, Marina Bay Sands and Singapore Changi Airport. Buses are aplenty. It is easy and quick to take a bus to Bedok MRT Station and Parkway Parade.
